She can't right-click on a file on the desktop and do "Convert to PDF" either, however going to File -> Print and printing as a PDF works.Īfter poking around with it a bit the only error I can reproduce with any pattern is "PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF". User is an Admin on the PC and all software is installed with an Admin account. From Excel it gives an error about needing administrator privileges to install PDFMaker. When attempting to perform the function from Word the program gives a "Save" dialog, but then fails to produce any PDF at all. I've done fresh reinstalls as well as repair-reinstalls of all applications several times. Since adding Project 2016 and upgrading Office to 64-bit, she is no longer able to use "File -> Save as Adobe PDF" in either Word or Excel. One of my users has the following software installed: Project 2016 (64-bit), Office Professional 2010 (64-bit), and Acrobat XI 11.0.18 installed.
